• higher education (sales people with backgrounds in economics or economists with communication skills);
• experience in setting conditions and strict deadlines, objectives, scope of work, not necessarily in sales;
• telephone sales experience will be an advantage (consulting sphere, services);
• openness and sociability;
• clear, grammatically correct speech without defects (Ukrainian, Russian, the candidate will benefit the knowledge and experience of telephone conversations in English);
• the ability to find solutions that are optimal for the client;
• excellent knowledge of PC, preferably CRM, Google Docs, and others.;
• precision, accuracy, punctuality, responsibility, self-discipline;
• goodwill and decency.

Duties:

• the sale of all the Company’s services;
• active search and attract customers;
• “Cold” calls – up to 30 per day (control – CRM);
• the formation and maintenance of customers’ databases, work with existing databases, the account of the client base in the CRM system;
• telephone conversations and correspondence with potential and current clients;
• compilation and distribution of commercial offers;
• transaction support, maintain and develop long-term relationships with customers, customer management to the successful resolution of his problem;
• report generation, execution of sales plans, plan to attract customers, and others, work with accounts receivable;
• constantly learn new things in different areas: from law to psychology, to sharpen their communication skills with customers, enjoy the process of work and achieve their own results.

• degree in economics;
• computer skills (Word, Excel, 1C) at a confidence level user;
• knowledge of accounting, taxation, civics;
• the presence of the auditor’s certificate (required !!!)
• experience an auditor at least 3 years;

DUTIES:

• udits in the group and their own;
• audit of various accounting and taxation areas;
• writing reports and opinions on the results of inspections, formation of working documents;
